Mobile Sauna Services

Booking, Payments, and Deposits

  • All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation
     

  • A deposit may be required to secure your reservation
     

  • Full payment may be due prior to or at the time of service
     

  • Prices are subject to change without notice
     

Failure to provide payment as agreed may result in cancellation of services.

 

Cancellations and Rescheduling

Cancellation and rescheduling policies may vary based on the type of booking or event.

Unless otherwise stated:

  • Cancellations made within 24 hrs of the scheduled service may be non-refundable
     

  • We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel services due to weather, equipment issues, safety concerns, or circumstances beyond our control
     

Any applicable refunds will be issued at our discretion.

 

Health and Safety Disclaimer

Use of a sauna involves heat exposure and physical exertion. By booking and using our services, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You are responsible for determining whether sauna use is safe for you
     

  • You should consult a medical professional if you have health conditions, are pregnant, or have concerns about sauna use
     

  • You use our sauna services at your own risk
     

Fire and Ice Sauna LLC is not responsible for injuries, medical conditions, or health issues arising from sauna use.

 

Assumption of Risk and Liability Waiver

By participating in our mobile sauna services, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with sauna use, including but not limited to heat-related illness, dehydration, or physical discomfort.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fire and Ice Sauna LLC shall not be liable for any injury, loss, damage, or claim resulting from your participation, except where caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.

 

Property and Site Requirements

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing safe, level, and accessible placement for the mobile sauna
     

  • Ensuring adequate space and access for setup and removal
     

  • Any damage to property caused by unsafe site conditions
     

We reserve the right to refuse setup if site conditions are deemed unsafe.

 

User Conduct

You agree to use our sauna services respectfully and safely. The following behaviors are prohibited:

  • Excessive intoxication
     

  • Unsafe or disruptive behavior
     

  • Damage to equipment or facilities
     

Violation of these rules may result in immediate termination of service without refund.
