Owners Jonas and Dan, after years of building a community based on old and new traditions of sauna and cold plunge, thought that this was bigger than them, and so the Order of Fire and Ice was born.

They wanted to share their experience with the world. Something as simple as being present-minded in the sauna with like-minded friends, then sharing a home-cooked meal with all involved, strengthening the bond of community, could be happening in homes all around the city, state, and beyond.

Our proposal: gather your friends, new and old, and experience the sauna and cold plunge together. When we experience physical intensity together—like the shock of a cold plunge—we naturally become more open and authentic. Following that with a community-led meal creates a space where those new connections can take root.
